For the first article there was a study based on a thing called
"Feedforward" where basically instead of giving feedback on the past
you were asked to give feedback on what could happen this was asked for
managers to give the workers but also workers to give it back to managers, they
were asked to pick a behavior they wanted to change, apply the feedfoward
technique, take notes and asks others what they would like to change and to
always be positive. the idea is that giving
feedback on past things didn’t help much but giving it during as things are
happening started to help workers and managers see where they were going wrong,
both found it to not only be useful but really fun to do, this promoted a good
working atmosphere where everyone involved had a greater focus and positive
attitude rather than focusing on mistakes made in the past.

In this next article we talk about how the human mind mirrors feedback based on there own abilities, if your told at a young age your great at something your most likely o focus on that, but the trouble is maybe your better at something else and never get that encouragement.
If you talk to them and see where there strenths are you can see where you should give feedback and there for guide them better by focuing on what they are doing and less on what they are not doing.
focus on the level of work they put in and what they put it into and then see what they value and what is important to them.
also try to word your feedback better so instead of saying you why did the dad lie to them instead say why not think about the charaters choices and there motivation.
also try not to put some of yourself or your own expectations into feedback, everyone is different so dont place your standards on them.
so be a mirror and give feedback based on how they act, what they do and how much effort they put in and mirror that feedback in a positive way.
